The Sony HDR FX1; A Great HDV Camera
->
The first three-CCD HDV camcorder to hit the market, the Sony HDR-FX1 is also believed by many to be the first HDV camcorder to be taken seriously. Basing on a first-hand user review of the HDV camcorder, the video quality produced by this item is excellent. Using the camcorder isn’t such a difficult thing to do also.
HD video quality allows you to see vivid details and with this camcorder combining three CCDs, the video output expected is more than awesome. The HD camcorder’s picture and manual control seemed excellent, as the auto focus made objects in the frame very sharp. For manual control, the HDR-FX1 was given an excellent score for having very well-placed buttons that most serious camera people prefer to work with. The buttons allow you to work efficiently and fast with just a touch of a button without having to go through the hassle of endless menus. The camcorder can be used in both full manual control mode and full auto control mode with just a button on the bottom right towards the back of the camcorder.
Overall, the Sony HDR-FX1 has been pronounced a great camcorder for having great manual control, great handling and apparently for having outstanding video and low light performance.
